35+ years in the trade. Still dispatched from Delta.

HEATnCOOL Services is a division of Locham Builders Ltd. We started in Delta and never left. 35+ years in the trade — industrial, commercial, and residential. Heating, air-conditioning, refrigeration, and kitchen appliances: plants, restaurants, stores, clinics, and family homes, with the same crew that answers the phone. We are a certified gas contractor, and our refrigeration and HVAC work is Canadian Red Seal certified.

From the first voice on the line to the moment the van leaves your dock, the job is to get you back to temperature and keep you there. Walk-ins, ice machines, rooftop units, proofers, and high-speed ovens sit in the same truck stock because kitchens do not fail one category at a time.

We are fully qualified on nearly all makes of heating, cooling, and ventilation — evaporative coolers, splits, heat pumps, and the food-service lines chains actually specify. Skilled, certified technicians do the repairs. Pre-season service is available before the first heat wave or freeze.

The shop is here, in Canada: 11138 80A Avenue, Delta, BC V4C 1Y5. We dispatch across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley as far east as Abbotsford. We do not dispatch past Abbotsford.
